EQ 情緒管控
生活就是一種態度,要接受喜笑怒,也要嘗試甜酸苦。這些心情的起伏,是一項持久的自我修煉,如何處理周邊牽動你我的情緒;更要下功夫。
最近拜讀一博客日誌,提及如何看待日常的無理取鬧:
世間有人謗我、欺我、辱我、笑我、輕我、賤我、騙我,如何處理?
只要忍他、讓他、避他、由他、耐他、敬他、不要理他,再過幾年你且看他。
看來好像是消極的逃避,但當中卻包含著高深的情緒管控學問。遇到無理,也可以一笑,笑笑天下可笑的人;心情也會平靜一點!
